Extensive experience in marketing, key account management, and project management, including over ten years as Head of Marketing at an IT service provider. Led a start-up center with an integrated co-working space, covering event organization, support for entrepreneurs, and community development.
Particularly strong in strategic brand development, business growth, and the implementation of creative event formats. Combines analytical thinking with a strong sense for people and collaborative work.

Product Lead Microsoft Advertising
Elina has four years of experience in the agency world and brings in-depth expertise in performance marketing and strategic campaign management. In her role as strategic team lead, she has supported both small clients and key accounts, structured complex projects, and actively contributed to her team’s success.
Elina’s particular strength lies in her keen eye for detail, which enables her to initiate lasting change. She combines analytical thinking with creativity and empathy to develop impactful and enduring solutions.

Head of Academy
SEA, Analysis and Tracking Specialist
Experienced SEA consultant with deep technical expertise in tracking and feed management. Active in the SEA/PPC field for over ten years and in online marketing for more than twelve years, with a clear specialization in B2B lead generation, regional performance setups, and eCommerce structures. Well‑versed in handling sensitive industries such as medical environments as well as managing Ad Grants accounts. A versatile all‑rounder who most recently led a team as Head of SEA, developed strategies, and scaled complex accounts.
At SWS, Alex is additionally responsible for technical support and the ongoing training of our agency partners.
