Responsibilities:

For the Microsoft Ads Support team, we are currently seeking a dedicated SEA Team Lead (m/f/d) with extensive experience in Microsoft Ads and Google Ads.

• You will lead an SEA team of currently six people with enthusiasm and conviction, both professionally and disciplinarily, provide constructive feedback, support the development of team members and continue to expand the team.
• You are responsible for ensuring compliance with our quality standards and optimizing our development processes.
• You are experienced in dealing with customers and convince them in meetings with meaningful reports and campaign results.
• You will continue to develop your skills in this dynamic advertising environment.
• You have a creative personality with a flair, especially for digital marketing trends and new technologies.
• You will identify opportunities and work with our board and team to develop solutions to further develop our partner agencies.
• You will support the acquisition of new partner agencies and accompany the onboarding process.
